Shipping

Shipping is a flat rate of $5 on orders shipped within the U.S. and orders over $100 ship free within the U.S.!

Shipping takes 2-5 business days on average for most of our items!
Some items are listed as "worth the wait" in the description box, which means they can take approximately 5-10 business days to ship. Since we are a small business, our "worth the wait" items ship directly to our customers from our supplier so we are able to offer more styles in our shop! 

To provide the fastest service, some items may arrive in separate packages! You'll receive tracking information that specifies which items are shipping and when!

Our return policy is listed below, but we'd like to hear from you if there is any kind of a problem with your order! We will do everything we can to make it right, every time!

Return Policy

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND:

1. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them!

2. The return must be initiated through our Returns Portal within 7 days of receiving your items.

3. The packing slip and original clear garment bags must be shipped back with the merchandise in order to receive a full refund. A 20% restocking fee could apply if clear garment bags and packing slip are not returned with the merchandise.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

Log into your customer account on our website and select the order number/items you are wanting to return. If the items are eligible to be returned, you will be prompted to submit them for approval. 

Once we have approved your return request, you will receive a separate email containing a $5 pre-paid return label. All returns are shipped using USPS, so you can either drop your return off at a local USPS store or give it to your USPS mail carrier.

Please note that any items sent back to us that have not been submitted and approved through our returns portal will not be eligible for a refund.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund minus the $5 pre-paid return label and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 24 hours of processing your refund. If you selected store credit instead, you will receive an email containing a CCB gift card code to use on a future purchase.

Final Sale Items
Items on sale, items in our "Swim" collection, and all of our moissanite jewelry are considered final sale and not eligible to be returned. Any items on our "sale" tab are not eligible to be returned.

Canada Shipping & Returns

We offer shipping to Canada! Customer pays exact shipping cost when ordering. All orders to Canada are considered FINAL SALE due to the cost of shipping + length of time it takes to ship.
